The NSFE application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application"), is an application developed for public (hereinafter referred to as "Users") to provide information about shared facilities and scientific equipment in Malaysia. The application can be downloaded on Google Play Store, Apple App Store and Huawei Gallery. The Government ensures that the personal information collected is in line with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Act 709).
This application will not record the user's personal data except with permission and given voluntarily by the user. The information provided by the user is used for the purpose of accessing National Scientific Facilities and Equipment (NSFE) module in KRSTE.my web page. This information is not shared with other organizations for other purposes unless specifically stated.
If the data provided is insufficient or unsatisfactory, then the Users request for any purpose above may not be accepted or may adversely affect the actions or services offered by the Application.
The data displayed by the Application will be stored in accordance with this Privacy Policy in accordance with any applicable laws that may be in force from time to time.
The application implements security features that comply with global standards to protect the confidentiality and security of user information.
